BRADLEE MILLER CHARGED WITH PUBLIC NUISANCE

Taney County Prosecuting Attorney, Jeffrey M. Merrell announced today that BRADLEE D. MILLER has been charged with the class C felony of maintaining a public nuisance at the Whelchel Funeral Home located at 310 South Commercial Street, Branson, Taney County, Missouri. Officers from the Combined Ozarks Multi-jurisdictional Enforcement Team (COMET) discovered methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana and related drug paraphernalia at the Whelchel Funeral home during the execution of separate search warrants in 2006 and 2007.
