The Taney County Prosecuting Attorney’s office is pleased to announce the first annual red ribbon week poster contest, “LOOK AT ME, I’M DRUG FREE.” From October 23-31st, the Taney County Prosecuting Attorney’s office is sponsoring red ribbon week for Taney County Schools. Red Ribbon week is the oldest and largest drug prevention program in the United States. It is a program designed to teach our youth drug awareness and a drug free lifestyle. Banners, posters and drug free bracelets have been handed out to 5th and 6th grade students and classes in Taney County during recent presentations by Taney County Prosecuting Attorney, Jeffrey M.
