Taney County Prosecuting Attorney, Jeffrey M. Merrell announced today that ROBERT TRIBBLE, dob: 12/21/1958 of Lebanon, Missouri was sentenced last Thursday to five (5) years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for the offense of statutory rape in the first degree by Taney County Circuit Judge Mark Orr. Probation is denied. Sometime between November 11th and November 30th of 2001 ROBERT TRIBBLE had sexual intercourse with a 13-year old child at the Payless Inn II in Branson, Missouri.
