MICHAEL NEVATT, dob: 07/17/1989 of Branson, Missouri plead guilty without a plea agreement Thursday in front of Taney County Circuit Judge Mark Orr to the class B felony of assault in the 1st degree, the unclassified felony of armed criminal action, and the class B felony of unlawful use of a weapon. On April 5th, 2006 during an altercation at the Tanger Mall in Branson, MICHAEL NEVATT fired a 9mm handgun from a moving vehicle into a crowd of individuals standing by their truck outside of the Polo Store. Detectives from the Branson Police Department later recovered the handgun from a ditch near the Branson Landing and through their investigation developed MICHAEL NEVATT as the primary suspect in the shooting.
