CHRISTOPHER P. MACE FORFEITS $4,500 CASH

Taney County Prosecuting Attorney Jeffrey M. Merrell announced today that last Thursday, CHRISTOPHER P. MACE, dob: 12/22/1985 of Branson, Missouri entered a consent judgment whereby he forfeited $4,500 dollars in currency earned in connection with the sale of narcotics.
Under Missouri’s Criminal Activity Forfeiture Act, property and currency possessed, owned, controlled, and/or used during the perpetration of criminal activity maybe seized by law enforcement. In accordance with the Missouri Constitution property and currency that is seized and forfeited is transferred to school districts in Taney County.
