TERRY HUEY SENTENCED TO 20 YEARS FOR MURDER

Taney County Prosecuting Attorney, Jeffrey M. Merrell announced today that TERRY LYNN HUEY dob: 12-26-1954 of Harrison, Arkansas was sentenced last Thursday to twenty (20) years for murder in the second degree, ten (10) years for armed criminal action, and four (4) for unlawful use of a weapon by Taney County Circuit Judge Mark Orr. Probation was denied and all sentences are to run concurrent. TERRY HUEY was found guilty last August by a six (6) man, six (6) woman jury after a three-day jury trial.
