MARSHALL P. DAVIDSON (d.o.b. 7-10-1965), of Ozark, was found guilty on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, by Taney County Associate Circuit Court Judge Tony Williams of two (2) counts of the class A misdemeanor of failure to pay his child support. The findings of guilt followed a bench trial. Sentencing has been set for April 9, 2013. The case was tried for the State by Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Jonathan Osborne, from the Regional Prosecutors’ Child Support Office, representing Taney, Christian, and Greene Counties.

Davidson faces a maximum sentence of up to one (1) year in the county jail and/or a fine of $1,000.00 on each of the two (2) counts.
