CHRISTOPHER W. LEBECK
Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Chris joined the Taney County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on January 1, 2007. Chris is a 1999 graduate of the University of Illinois and received his law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2002. Prior to joining the Taney County Office, Chris served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Greene County, Missouri. While in Greene County he served in the Persons Unit and General Crimes Unit. Prior to his employment with Greene County, Chris served as an Assistant Public Defender. Chris resides in Christian County with his wife, a school teacher.
His current responsibilities involve the prosecution of dangerous drugs, sexual offenses, sex offenses involving minors, serious assaults, fatalities, and weapons offenses. Chris also manages our bad check and restitution programs.

RACHEL BEETON
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Rachel joined the Taney County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in September 2005 as a paralegal. On January 1, 2007, Rachel was promoted to Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. Rachel is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and she received her law degree from the Shephard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to joining the Taney County office, Rachel worked for the Department of Economic and Social Affairs at the United Nations in New York. Rachel is a member of the Florida and Missouri Bar.
Her current responsiblities involve the prosecution of drug offenses, assaults, and property crimes. Rachel is also our tax and child support prosecutor.

TIFFANY YARNELL
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Tiffany joined the Taney County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on December 3, 2007. Tiffany is a 2002 graduate of Columbia College and received her law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2005. Prior to joining the Taney County Office, Tiffany served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Greene County, Missouri. While in Greene County she served in the General Crimes Unit.
Tiffany is responsible for the prosecution of dangerous drugs, serious assaults, weapons offenses, child abuse and general crimes. Tiffany is also responsible for managing our traffic docket.

TONI HENDRICKS
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Toni joined the Taney County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in March of 2008. Toni is a 2002 graduate of Missouri State University with a degree in socio-political communications. She received her law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2007. Prior to joining the Taney County Office, Toni worked as a family law attorney in the Kansas City area as well as a law clerk for the Jackson County Circuit Court.
Her current responsibilities involve the prosecution of drug offenses, assaults, property crimes, and traffic offenses.

GALEN THOMAS
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Galen joined the Taney County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in November of 2004 as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. Galen is a 1975 graduate of the University of Missouri - Columbia with a BS in Public Administration. Galen received his law degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia in 1978. Prior to joining the Taney County office Galen served as a Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Greene County and Christian County. Galen also spent time in private practice and worked for Legal Aid of Southwest Missouri.
His current responsibilities involve the prosecution of all level of criminal offenses. Galen also handles the Associate Circuit docket for the Taney County office.
