TIFFANY YARNELL
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Tiffany joined the Taney County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on December 3, 2007. Tiffany is a 2002 graduate of Columbia College and received her law degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2005. Prior to joining the Taney County Office, Tiffany served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Greene County, Missouri. While in Greene County she served in the General Crimes Unit.
Tiffany is responsible for the prosecution of alcohol related offenses (including assaults on law enforcement, vehicular assaults, DWI, minor in possession, and child endangerment), parental kidnapping cases, and half of all serious assaults.

TONY BROWN
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Tony joined the Taney County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on June 6, 2011. Tony is a 2006 graduate of Louisiana State University and received his law degree from Southern University Law Center in January 2010. Prior to joining the Taney County Office, Tony worked in private practice, handling primarily intellectual property matters and also worked in higher education for Louisiana State University. In addition to his duties at the office, Tony is also an adjunct instructor at Drury University.
Tony is responsible for the traffic docket, property crimes (including burglary, stealing, tampering, and property damage), misdemeanor DWIs, and post conviction relief & expungement hearings.

OLIVIA MCNAIR
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Olivia joined the Taney County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on August 24, 2011. Olivia is a 2004 graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and received her law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in December of 2009. Prior to joining the Taney County Office, Olivia worked with victims of domestic violence on civil matters such as Orders of Protection, Divorce, and Custody.
Olivia is responsible for the Domestic Violence, Harassment, Trespass, Violation of Order of Protection, and Misdemeanor Assaults.

KACEY PROCTOR
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Kacey joined the office in August 2011. Kacey is a 2008 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, receiving his degree in philosophy, and he received his law degree from Saint Louis University in May of 2011. Prior to coming to Taney County, Kacey interned for the the SLU Criminal Defense Clinic where he received a national award for excellence in clinical advocacy.
Kacey is responsible for drug & weapons offenses, forgeries, and civil forfeitures.
