BRAD HUGHES
Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Brad joined the office on June 1, 2020. He graduated in 2010 from Arkansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and received his Juris Doctor from University of Arkansas-Little Rock in 2015. Prior to joining our office, Brad worked at the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office before moving into private practice where he handled criminal defense and family law cases. Brad is currently assigned to DWI, assault, and resisting arrest cases.

KELLI ANDERSON
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Kelli joined the office October 8, 2020 to fill a Special Victims position which focuses on the prosecution of sexual assault and child victim crimes.  Prior to joining the office, Kelli graduated Suma Cume Laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2015.  During her legal studies, Kelli was a decorated scholar and was the recipient of six CALI Awards for excellence in legal studies, including awards in Criminal Procedure and Constitutional Law.  Kelli previously owned a small solo firm which focused on criminal defense throughout Southwest Missouri.  Before opening her previous firm, Kelli served as a public defender in Kentucky.

KEITH ROUSE
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Keith joined our office in April, 2021. He graduated from Campbell University School of Law in 2002 when it was still in Buies Creek, North Carolina. He then practiced a few years with his father at Rouse Law Office in his hometown of Goldsboro, North Carolina. In 2018, Keith decided to make Missouri his home, and he worked as a public defender in the northern part of Missouri for three years before joining our office.

S.K. YIANITSAS
Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Ms. Yianitsas joined the office on December 3, 2018. She graduated in 2013 from Texas Tech University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, in 2015 with a Graduate Certificate in Women’s Studies, and received her law degree from The University of Kansas in 2018. During law school she worked for Bloomberg Law as a Product’s Advocate and was a law clerk in a general civil litigation firm in Topeka, Kansas. She completed internships with both Douglas County Legal Aid Society, Inc. and the Paul E. Wilson Project for Innocence and Post-Conviction Remedies.

WESLEY WEBER

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Wesley joined the office on June 10, 2019. He received his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2015, and a BA in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia College in 2012. Additionally he is a graduate of the Missouri Sheriff’s Training Academy and Kansas Highway Patrol Academy, with 18 years of combined Missouri and Kansas law enforcement experience. Prior to joint the office, Wes was in private practice, handling criminal defense and family law.
