1. VICTIM IMPACT STATEMENT
The collection of restitution is an important part of the criminal justice process. One of our primary goals is to ensure that crime victims have been properly compensated for their loss when appropriate. If you have sufferred injury or property loss as a result of criminal activity and charges have been filed, please take a moment to fill out and send in the Victim Impact Statement below so that we include restitution when appropriate.

If you are the victim of a crime you may also be eligible for compensation under Missouri’s Crime Victim Compensation Fund. Please review the following brochure and checklist to see if you are eligible for compensation under the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund.
