Probation was denied and all counts are to run concurrent. Taney County Prosecuting Attorney, Jeffrey M. Merrell had this to say about the sentence, “This is a very serious offense that damages the citizens of Taney County, and the businesses of Taney County. Victims of Identity Theft feel the financial effects for years, and we will not tolerate it in our community.”
