Taney County Prosecuting Attorney, Jeffrey M. Merrell announced today that the conviction of TERRY LYNN HUEY, dob: 12-26-1954, of Harrison, Arkansas for murder in the second degree, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon was affirmed by the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District. The decision was announced on January 27, 2010 in a unanimous summary order by the Court. TERRY LYNN HUEY was convicted by a six (6) man, six (6) woman jury after a three day jury trial in front of Taney County Circuit Judge Mark Orr back in August of 2008.
