On Thursday, September 13, 2012, in the Taney County Circuit Court, JOSHUA D. GILE (d/o/b 4/11/1980) of Forsyth, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to seven (7) years in prison for the class B felony of burglary in the first degree. Judge Mark Orr sentenced Gile to the seven (7) year term pursuant to a plea agreement with the Taney County Prosecutor’s Office.

Gile pleaded guilty to burglarizing a home on State Highway 76 in Forsyth, July 9, 2012, at which time he was caught inside the home and was chased from the residence by homeowners. When he was caught by Taney County deputies, Gile was in possession of jewelry taken from the home on Highway 76.
